Musicianship: Aurora’s song had a great tune and accurate pitch. The rhythm was good as well; she didn’t go off beat during the song. Her tempo was slightly fast so it seemed difficult for her students to comprehend everything. Her phrasing was ok as well, some of the students seemed confused, but understood her for the most part. She had a great expression during her song as well. I give her musicianship a 3.5 out of 5.

Leadership: Aurora’s leadership was great! Her body language was great; she didn’t confuse anyone on what to do when she was teaching. She smiled a lot so she didn’t look intimidating. Her voice tone and volume was great; you could hear her well. She kept constant eye contact throughout the presentation. Lastly, She had a good amount of energy so she kept her students attention throughout the lesson plan. I give her Leadership a 10 out of 10.

Preparation: Aurora’s knowledge of her song was very good; she did not pause at all. Knowledge of her plan was good as well as her written plan. She had all her instruments and materials all prepared to go for her lesson. She had her recordings/charts/ and materials all ready, except her song didn’t work on the machine, although that wasn’t her fault. I give her Preparation a 14 out of 15.

Delivery of Instruction: Aurora’s motivation and capturing attention was great, she kept everyone’s attention during her presentation. Her sequencing of steps was good as well. Her verbal instructions could use a little more work though; some students seemed slightly confused. She didn’t have many questions to the students so she was able to avoid any yes or no based questions. Pace of lesson was great, she flowed right through her lesson plan with ease. Her flexibility was ok. Feedback could use some work as well; she said “good job” many times without any reason behind the compliments. Her focus on her lesson plan was great, she didn’t go off track at all. Closure was ok. Overall, Aurora could either say “good job” less time or add why her students did a good job, but still did a great job. I give her delivery of Instruction a 15 out of 20.

Musicanship: 4/5
She was in pitch and was doing everything very well. The only problem was that she didn't seem very excited about her song.

Leadership:9/10

Her voice tone and volume was good her body language was good. She was explaining using exampled to the students. She didn't confuse anyone. She gave great directions to the students.

Preparation:14/15
She knew her song very well. She also knew the order of her lesson plan. She didn't hesitate at all during her lesson. The only problem was that she didn't have the music going like she wanted to. She could have tried it once before class to make sure it worked. She did recover very well though and just went through the lesson plan with out it.

Delivery of Instruction 20/20
She did a very good job at presenting the lesson. The directions were very clear. She had good questions. Using the frogs was really neat. It allowed the students to have a visual of what was being substracted.
