Caitlin Taching 1

Caitlin did a very nice job to teach this project. The first day she was very nervous but got through it and we did it spoken instead of singing. The second day was like night and day things were song and easily understood.

Musicianship: 3.5 points, she knew the song well and on day one we said the song and on day 2 she was able to sing it better and with the right rhythm

Leadership: 10 points. Caitlin had a good speaking voice and was good at making eye contact to keep our attention focused

Preparation:12 points. She really knew her song and was able to speak through it and second time around she was able to sing well too. Her lesson plan was very good age wise and easy and it was performed well.

Delivery of Instruction: 16 points. The sequence of steps was great. Caitlin did a good job of explaining and going along. She made sure everyone understood.

Caitlin made a great deal of improvement from day to day and did a wonderful job all around. It did though seem at first she was nervous and didn't know she had to singe it. Then we went to the next time she went and she was much more confident and knew everything very well.

Musicianship:4 points Caitlin was unsure the first time as to how the song went. She wasn't sure of the right rhythm or tempo. The second time she presented her lesson she did very well knowing the rhythm and tempo.

Leadership: 9 points. She had great eye contact with the class but didn't seem to have expression when singing.

Preparation 11 points. The first time singing this song Caitlin was unsure as to how the song went. After singing it through the second time she did much better.

Delivery of Instruction 17 points. The second time doing this lesson was much improved. Caitlin did a great job of coming back and being able to teach the song over and have more confidence in the song.

Caitlin did a nice job the second time. She struggled the first time with knowing the song but she was able to prove to the class she was confident and able to sing the song effectively.
