Head voice was great.

When giving what could be complex intructions you sometimes would speak at a softer tone.
Preparation - 14
Didn't thoroghly identify the rhythm because when the class as a whole clapped and sang the words, there was confusion in the rhythm pattern.

Although there was a tough time in explaining the way the song movements were gonna go, you handled yourself very well.

Voice was great and in tune. Accurate pitch and appropriate tempo

Leadership: 8

Emily maintained good eye contact and kept a nice energy level, but could greatly improve on speaking up. I could barely hear some of the things that she was saying. As an educator, it is very important to be loud and clear at explaining directions to students.

She seemed to have had a nice written plan, but could have done without holding the lesson plan throughout the presentation. I was very impressed by the fact that she incorporated culture by introducing an unfamiliar song with the dance. I would have done research about the song/dance to answer questions that the children may have. ex. what does the expression mean that was said in the song. I couldn't even pronounce it. Maybe some type of visual aid could have been used to help sound it out.

The lesson was delivered at a manageable pace and flowed very well. I liked how she asked did anyone have any questions. While it was confusing at times, it turned out to be a very fun song to learn. For next time, try not to use so many "umm's" when presenting. Overall, well done!
