For Michelle's presentation, I gave her a 3 under musicianship. I couldn't really hear her voice over the piano, and therefore I couldn't follow what song she was teaching. I thought she did a good job with the tempo, and having the class clap along with her. For leadership, I gave her a 7. She didn't seem like she was happy to be teaching the class, and again, I could hardly hear anything she was saying. This could be a technical problem, though. I thought her body language was good, showing the class how to move, and what she wanted them to do. Under preparation, I gave her a 14. She seemed to know the music very well, she could play the piano, and sing at the same time. This gave the class a chance to hear what the song was supposed to song like, and then imitate it. She didn't need to look at her plan that offer either, which kept her attention focused on the class. And under delivery, I gave her an 18 overall. She didn't capture my attention very weel, but her questions at the end did a great job of followup, and her instruction was very direct, and everybody knew exactly what she wanted. The lesson seemed to flow pretty smoothly. And the class really seemed to enjoy the lesson. Overall, I gave Michelle a 43/50.

Musicianship 4/5
She played the piano for herself, but because of that I feel she needed a louder voice, but her voice was fine when there was no piano. She sung in tune.
Leadership 9/10
She was really engaging with her class. She seemed to be enjoying teaching the lesson. She also praised her students for participating.
Preparation 14/15
I think she was looking at the sheet music more than the lesson plan which tells me that she practiced the lesson plan until she memorized it.
Delivery- 18/20
her overall delivery was very good. She got her class really involved and moving around. Her lesson was had a good flow and didn't fizzel.
Overall 45/50
