My self evaluation
for the first part i would give myself the full 5pts for musicianship the whole class was in tune had the correct rhythm, good tempo and good phrasing and expression. For leadership i would have given my self a 6 because i could have been louder and more energetic also better eye contact next time. for preperation i believe i should recieve 15pts i had everything ready before hand i knew what i was suppose to teach and my money was already prepared before hand. for delivery of instruction i would give myself 15 out of 20 for some of the steps such as pacve of lesson i could have went slower. I should have asked maybe more questins to make sure everyone understood. have a better closure.
What i did best is teaching the song and having the children clap along so that they understood what the rhythm is better. i practiced how i would deliver the song so that it would be easier for the students. i did not have a good closure i went too fast i thought towards the end should have asked more questions or made sure everyone knew which was which coin. if i could redo this lesson i would first talk about each coin explaining that ok this is what a face of a quarter looks like and etc. i would then ask questions like how do you know which coin is a penny and why answer being its copper brown. i would move slower so that i knew everyone understood the rhythm being sung.

Peer Evaluation:
Musicianship: 5
I think that she was in tune and had the accurate pitch, rhythm. the tempo was good along with the phrasing and expression.
Leadership: 7
Bobdy langauge, Voice tone and volume were good but there could have been more eye contact and energy.
Preparation: 15
It looked as if she had everything ready before hand, knew what she was to teach. Overall she looked prepared.
Delivery of Instruction: 17
The lesson went fast but it was still a good lesson and was presented well. Next time maybe add more questions and sing the song a few more times.
Total Points: 44

For musicianship I give a 5 because she had the accurate rhythm, tune, pitch, and tempo for the song. For leadership I would say an 7 because there could have been more energy as well as more eye contact. Also, I think the volume of her voice could have been a little louder. For preparation a 15 is deserved because she had all of her materials (the plates) ready and seemed very ready and knowledgable about what she was teaching. The plates were a great idea to show the music. For delivery of instruction I would give a 17 because the lesson went by quickly so she could have went slower or added more activities. The focus of the lesson and verbal instructions were great in the lesson but as far as the questioning and closure, I think a couple more questions could have been asked. Overall, I give Jessica a 46/50.

You did very well organizing this very creative activity. I like how you used the concept of money to teach maths and how you used music to reinforce children's understanding of friction. It will be better if you can extend your lesson a bit to include mathematic questions to ask students at the end of the activity, asking them the relationship among those coins.
In terms of rhythm clapping, there're problems with the rhythmic patterns you came up. For example, when you say "quarter," note that there are two syllables involve, so if you make the steady beat equal to every word, i.e., quarter, nickle, dime, it will mean that within that one beat duration, you will have to clap twice on the word Quarter. It's the same to Nickle as well. When it comes to Dime, you did it correctly by just clapping it once (a longer duration).
Let me know if you still have problem figuring out how to "decode" the rhythmic pattern out of words.
