MUSICIANSHIP (5)- You did a good job with the song.

LEADERSHIP (9)- You were very encouraging by saying things like very good job everyone. You were laughing and having a good time during the game. Maybe be a little more energetic.

PREPARATION(15)- You had good visual pictures. Even though you were pointing to the body parts, it was nice to have the pictures. You knew the music and the plan very well.

DELIVERY (18)- The kids really enjoyed the game. It was a fun way to end the lesson. I liked that you talked a bit about the game by asking what was the hardest part of the game. You closed by going back over the body parts. One suggestion would be to maybe practice the song at least one more time before playing the game. This way the kids will know the song well enough to play the game.

Musicianship(5): You did a great job with picking a active and fun song. I really liked how you had 100% participation. You smiled throughout the whole performance! that was great!

Leadership(8): As far as leadership, you did pretty good with the description of the song and getting the students involved. You used eye contact but your voice wasn't projected enough but Im pretty sure everyone heard you anyway. I loved the eye contact and joyful personality you exhibited throughout teaching your lesson.

Preparation:(15) When you were teaching the song, it seemed as if you had practice the lesson plan and you seem very confident about your activity. You established a positive learning environment with the students by being cheerful and interacting with them during the song.It seemed as if you knew the song really well, which is good. I would have liked to see a bit more variety. Such as, another song that still consisted of what you were trying to accomplish in your lesson but sticking to that one song is good also.

Delivery of instruction(18): For the most part, your instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow. I like how u explained the game very specific so they'll understand.Although the song you chose was very fun and easy to follow, it was still challenging after a while. It became challenging when you told the kids to "song it faster" and that's when many of them began to get stuck, especially hen you all starting going really fast. You had good follow up questions that made the students think. You had a nice, easy flow. You weren't nervous, you were relaxed and ready to teach! i also love the organization of your lesson. You were very stable and not all over the place. Even though it was a bit short, overall it was a good lesson. I enjoyed it. Good job!

Musicianship (5)-I knew the lyrics and the tune of the song.

Leadership (9) - After hearing the video I sounded a little quiet but for the size group I had the volume seemed appropriate.

Preparation (15)- I had pictures, knew the music and what I had to do.

Delivery (18) When I herd myself say "or something" I realized that something is such a bad word to use and I should have used a different word. Other than that the lesson went well although it was rather short. I think it went rather well overall I thought the kids were rather engaged.

I think what I did best was being prepared and knowing what I had to do. I was also flexible when my students gathered the information quicker than I expected.

I feel I could have had more energy and enthusiasm.

If I could redo my presentation I would defiantly have better words to use in my explanations and have more energy.

In this section Michelle caught everyones attention immediately with this fun and active song. She stayed in tune and on beat no matter how fast she went.
Preparation-15 pts
She brought pictures to show the students what were the body parts as an extra. She knew the song and lesson plan very well.
Leadership-10 pts
She spoke very clearly and had complete control of her class.
Delivery of Instruction-20 pts
She had complete control of the class talking us through each step of the lesson. We knew exactly what was happening next. She also came back after the lesson and made sure we learned what we needed to.

I like your enthusiasm...and you are very organized throughout the entire process. Good for you. The only thing you can improve is to make sure that you sing the songs in tune. There are pitches that were not accurate. But overall, the whole lesson went very well. I can tell from the presentation that you're well prepared! Good job!
