Tom did a great job with his lesson. His musicianship was good because he always had correct rhythm and tempo. He spoke clear and loud for the class to hear and kept everyone's attention. He knew the song and it was easy to tell that he had rehearsed this because he went through it non stop. He made sure the students knew that the notes were in the closure. It was easy for the kids to follow him and it went smoothly.

Preparation (15): He knew the music and knew the flow of his lesson plan. He came prepared with rhythm sticks.
Delivery of Instruction (18): He got the whole class involved by having them do motions. His instructions were easy to follow. He gave them feedback when he was asking them what notes they were. His closure activity was easy to understand.
